Darrell A Miller Card # D636975, 1986 Graduate of Deshler High School in Tuscumbia, Al. Accepted into the NJATC in 1988 as an Inside Wireman Apprentice. Initiated into the IBEW on February 13, 1989 and Graduated as an Inside Wireman in 1992. Darrell has worked Construction for the last 33+ years before coming on Staff as an Assistant Business Manager/Dispatcher. His last Employment was with G-UB-MK were he was employed for 8 Years. Darrell currently is a Delegate on the Shoals Area Central Labor Council, a Delegate of the North Alabama Building and Trades and is a Committee Board Member on the North Alabama Electrical Training Alliance for Sheffield/Huntsville. Darrell is Married to Andrea Miller and They Have 4 Adult Children and 2 Grand Children.

Brother Josh Hand card # D966934 is a 1995 graduate of Deshler High School. He became a member of IBEW Local 558 in 2000 and completed the North Alabama JATC in 2004. Brother Hand worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority as a Hydro Technician at Wheeler Dam prior to coming on staff in January 2020. He currently serves as the TVA Representative for Local Union 558. He is married with three daughters and resides in Sheffield, AL.

Mac Sloan card # D636966, Graduated high school from West-Orange Stark in Orange, TX. In 1982 Accepted into apprenticeship program in 1988 and became an Inside Journeyman Wireman in 1992. Mac is a 30 year IBEW member, serving as an executive board member, vice-president and currently serving as president. Mac is also currently president of the Shoals Area Central Labor Council, and serves on the JATC Committee along with the Alabama AFL-CIO executive board.

Wes Stutts card # 7128828 was a 2012 Graduate of the NJATC. He was employed as a Maintenance Electrician for Chugach Federal Services under the Service Contract Act on Redstone Arsenal for 5 years and served as the job steward for Local Union 558 for 3 years prior to coming on staff on November 26, 2018. Wes is currently an Assistant Business Agent over the Huntsville Unit and services multiple Government contracts on Redstone Arsenal. In August 2019, Wes became a member of the Shoals Area Central Labor Council. Wes has been married to wife Tamra Stutts for 6 years and has a 2 year old son named Berkley. Wes and his family currently reside in Killen, AL.

Brother, Roderick A. Metcalf , card #4968547 is a 1981 graduate of Sheffield High School in Sheffield, AL. After high school Roderick attended Alabama A&M University, from 1981 – 1983, where he studied Computer Science. He was accepted into the apprenticeship program in 1998 and became an Outside Journeyman Lineman with Tuscumbia Utilities in 2002, where he served the citizens of Tuscumbia for 25 years. After his retirement , Roderick join the IBEW Local # 558 staff where he currently serves as Assistant Business Manager for Public Utilities, Co-op’s, and PCA’s. He also has served as the second-year lineman instructor at National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (NJATC) since 2016.

Roderick is a divorced father of his two sons, Durrell and Eric, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren. Roderick in a member of, The Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and resides and worship in the City of Tuscumbia, AL.

Noah Vickers, Card #7128628, is a 2009 graduate of the North Alabama JATC. He has worked for several contractors inside and outside Local 558. He has served many positions in Local Union 558 including Delegate to the IBEW 2022 Convention and elected to Executive Board in 2022. Noah is currently an Assistant Business Manager and Dispatcher for Local Union 558 as of January 3, 2023. He grew up in Athens, Alabama and currently lives in Tuscumbia, Alabama with his Wife, Cristal. They have four children together.
